Refund & Cancellation

1. What this covers

This policy applies to paid memberships sold through Coherence Daddy — including the Coherent University membership, on both its monthly and annual billing plans, at whichever rate was disclosed at your checkout (Founding 100 members: $50/month or $500/year; after the founding seats fill: $79/month or $790/year — two months free for our yearly dedicated members). It sits alongside our Terms of Service; where a specific Product's point-of-sale terms differ, those apply for that Product.

2. Recurring billing & auto-renewal

University membership is a recurring subscription billed by Stripe at the rate and cadence you chose at checkout — monthly or annually. It auto-renews each billing period (each month, or each year on the annual plan) until you cancel. You are charged on the same day each billing cycle until you cancel. We disclose the exact recurring amount at checkout before you confirm, and your receipt restates it.

3. No refunds on prior charges

Membership payments are non-refundable. We do not refund charges that have already been made, including the most recent charge, and we do not pro-rate or partially refund a billing period you have already paid for. This applies equally to annual payments: an annual charge covers a full year of access, and cancelling mid-year does not refund the remaining months — your access simply runs to the end of the year you paid for (see section 5).

We keep this simple on purpose: you can cancel any time before the next charge, and what you get is access to do the work — not a result we can promise on your behalf. The annual plan is a bigger commitment for a discount — if you're not sure a full year is for you, start monthly. If you're not sure it's for you at all, that's the moment to wait before joining.

4. Cancel any time

You can cancel whenever you want, with no call and no hoops. Open Billing from inside your member area (the same link in your receipt and welcome emails) and cancel there. Cancellation through the billing portal stops all future charges immediately.

5. When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for — the end of the month on the monthly plan, or the end of the full year on the annual plan — and then ends. There is no pro-ration or partial refund for the unused part of that period, on either plan.

6. What's live and what's coming

Today six courses are live — Presence & Communication, Nervous System & Regulation, AI & Automation, Preparedness & Resilience, Content Creation & AI, and Crypto & Real-World Assets — plus daily brain training. Live group practice, community features, and more courses are coming soon and are included with your membership when they arrive. We tell you what is live before you pay. New features rolling out later do not change this refund and cancellation policy.

7. Failed payments

If a renewal charge fails, we'll email you and keep your access active for a short grace period while we retry. If we still can't collect, your membership pauses until the payment method is updated. A failed payment is not a cancellation — to stop future charges, cancel in Billing.

8. Questions or trouble cancelling

If you can't reach the billing portal, or anything about a charge looks wrong, email us at info@coherencedaddy.com and we'll sort it out. We'd always rather fix a billing problem than have it bounce.
